Hey, guys!



For anyone who reside in Worthing and so are trying to start Zumba, you have the perfect place! Whoo! :D



The Zumba classes I run in Worthing are really much fun you won't even realise you're exercising. In fact, the classes I run are such a good laugh that I was recently invited to teach Zumba survive ITV's Daybreak to Denise Van Outen! It absolutely was AMAZING! And then you can join the thrill, too, to get an amaaaaaaaaaazing workout that burns a huge selection of calories per session and tones almost every muscle in the body!



The Worthing Zumba classes I run take place on:



Monday | 7:00pm | St. Andrew's Senior high school in Worthing.

Wednesday | 6:00pm | St. John The Divine Church Hall in Worthing.

Friday | 5:30pm | St. Andrew's Senior high school in Worthing.
